Terms and Conditons

Welcome to Beachside Pilates & Yoga Wellness Centre! By purchasing any of our services, including casual classes, class packs, memberships, or retreats, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Casual Classes and Class Packs

Cancellation Policy:

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations of casual classes or class packs.
If you cancel within 24 hours of the class, your class pass will be used for the missed session.
No-shows will also result in the forfeiture of the class pass.

Direct Debit Memberships
Early Exit Fee:

If you wish to cancel your direct debit membership before the minimum commitment period has ended, an early exit fee of $150 will apply.
This fee will be charged upon cancellation of your membership.
Paid-in-Full 6-Month and 12-Month Memberships
No Refund Policy:
Paid-in-full 6-month and 12-month memberships are non-refundable.
These memberships are offered at a discounted rate, and no refunds will be provided if you choose to cancel or do not complete the full term.

Retreats
Retreat Booking Policy:

All retreat bookings are non-refundable.
However, you may transfer your retreat booking to another participant or to a future retreat hosted by Beachside Pilates & Yoga Wellness Centre.
If you wish to transfer to a future retreat, please contact us as early as possible to ensure availability.
Transfers must be made at least 14 days before the retreat start date.

General Terms
Class Availability:

All classes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or cancel classes as necessary.
In the event that a class is cancelled by us, you will be offered an alternative class or a credit towards your next session.

Liability:

Participation in our classes and activities is at your own risk. We recommend that you consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any new fitness program.
Beachside Pilates & Yoga Wellness Centre is not liable for any injury or loss that may occur during your participation in our classes.
Membership Transfers:

Memberships and class passes are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual who purchased them.
By continuing with your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. We are committed to providing a great experience and appreciate your cooperation!
