The studio was established by Suz Phillis in 2014 with an idea to bring holistic movement to the local community with Yoga and Pilates.
Suz, is completely committed to teaching both Yoga and Pilates and believes in the power of both to be able to transform wherever we are in our lives.
Over the years, the studio has grown into a vibrant yet tranquil little space, offering a range of classes suitable for different levels of fitness.
