This policy explains cancellations and refunds for our classes, class packs, memberships, wellness treatments, courses, retreats and gift vouchers.
1. Your Consumer Rights
Our services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy removes your rights under that law or applicable Western Australian fitness legislation.
If a service has a major failure, you may cancel and receive the refund required by law, or retain the service and seek an appropriate price reduction. For a smaller problem, we will provide an appropriate remedy within a reasonable time.
2. Class Bookings
Please cancel at least 24 hours before your class through our booking system or by contacting us.
With sufficient notice, your class credit will remain available for another booking, subject to its validity period and availability. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or missed classes without notice, will generally result in the booked class credit being used.
Cancelling an individual class does not automatically cancel your membership.
3. Fitness Memberships and Prepaid Packages
For memberships and prepaid fitness packages covered by the WA Fitness Industry Code:
- Cooling-off period: You may cancel in writing within seven days after signing your agreement. Cancellation takes effect when we receive your notice. Only permitted, disclosed charges for reasonable administration costs and services already supplied may apply.
- Medical cancellation: If permanent illness or physical incapacity prevents you using the services, contact us with a supporting medical certificate. We will arrange cancellation without an early termination fee.
- Other cancellations: You may cancel by written notice at any time. Any contractual notice period cannot exceed 30 days. A termination fee may apply only where disclosed and legally permitted, and must reasonably reflect our financial loss. No termination fee applies to an ongoing membership cancelled after its initial term.
We will confirm your cancellation date and final payment within seven days of receiving your notice. Any refund owed for the unused portion will be paid within seven days after cancellation takes effect. We will also arrange for linked direct-debit deductions to stop after the final lawful payment.
4. Treatments and Private Appointments
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule massage, wellness or private appointments.
Late cancellations and missed appointments may attract a reasonable cancellation charge disclosed before booking. Any charge will reflect the loss incurred and remain subject to your legal rights.
5. Retreats, Courses and Workshops
Event-specific deposit, cancellation, refund and transfer conditions will be provided before payment.
Any cancellation charge must be reasonable and legally permitted. Retreat transfer requests should be submitted at least 14 days before the retreat begins, subject to availability and our written confirmation.
Event conditions do not override your statutory rights.
6. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are generally not refundable for change of mind or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
Standard purchased gift vouchers are valid for at least three years from purchase. Any lawful exception and its expiry date will be clearly disclosed.
7. Cancellations by Us
If we cancel a separately paid booking, you may choose a refund of the amount paid for that booking or an available alternative.
For bookings made using a class pack, we will restore the class credit. If we cannot supply services under a membership or prepaid package, we will provide the remedy required by law.
8. Requesting a Refund or Making a Complaint

We will assess requests fairly and explain the outcome in writing. Refunds will normally use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Bank processing times may vary.
